We are seeking an engaged IT System Administrator (m/w/d) to augment our dynamic team and further develop our IT infrastructure for our customers with enthusiasm and dedication.
Responsibilities
Your role at us
You serve as the central point of contact between our customers and our technical team.
If a customer reports a disruption, requires assistance, or submits a new request, you ensure that the matter is structured, prioritized, and passed on to the appropriate technical staff.
You keep an eye on open issues and ensure that our customers are informed and supported effectively.
Your goal: The customer knows that we take care of them, and our technical staff knows when to act.
Your responsibilities
- Handling and coordinating customer requests, disruptions, and orders
- Personal and telephone support for our major customers
- Recording, prioritizing, and following up on service tickets
- Assessing the urgency and priority of disruptions
- Coordinating and scheduling our IT technicians
- Matching tasks to suitable technical staff
- Monitoring open tickets, appointments, and resolved issues
- Active communication with customers on the current status of open tasks
- Identifying escalation points and promptly mitigating them
- Collaboration with customers, technical team, sales, and back-office departments
- Preparing and coordinating smaller IT tasks and projects
- Ensuring that tasks and disruptions have been completed and documented
- Supporting ongoing improvements to our service processes

- Strong organizational skills
- Self-sufficient and structured working style
- Responsibility and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Staying calm and organized even with urgent disruptions
- Basic understanding of IT and technical relationships
- Experience in an IT system house, IT support, or technical service is advantageous
- Experience with ticket systems, help desks, or scheduling is also beneficial
