Wir suchen eine*n erfahrene*n IT-Projektmanager*in für die Steuerung und Optimierung eines IT-Projektportfolios im Bereich der kritischen Infrastruktur. Der Fokus liegt auf der Leitung strategischer Vorhaben in den Feldern Lifecycle Management, IT-Sicherheit und Prozessoptimierung sowie der Weiterentwicklung von Steuerungs- und Monitoringmethodiken.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Führung und Steuerung von komplexen IT-Projekten innerhalb des IT4IT-Portfolios

• Optimierung bestehender Steuerungs- und Monitoringmethodiken zur Projektüberwachung

• Konzeption, Rahmenvertragsausschreibung und Begleitung des Rollouts für Digital-Workplace-Lösungen

• Durchführung von Anforderungserhebungen, Beschaffung und Einführung von ISMS-Tools

• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von IT-bezogenen Ausschreibungen unter Berücksichtigung spezifischer regulatorischer Rahmenbedingungen

• Initiierung von Programmstrukturen zur nachhaltigen Steuerung und Durchführung von Cyber-Security-Vorhaben

• Konzeption und Implementierung von Managed Services im Cloud-Umfeld (Azure)

• Projektmanagement-seitige Unterstützung einzelner IT-Maßnahmen sowie Beratung der Fachbereiche

Muss-Anforderungen

• Fundierte Kompetenzen und Kenntnisse in der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von IT-bezogenen Ausschreibungen gemäß SektVO

• Mindestens 2 Referenzen im Profil Projektleitung für die Durchführung von Ausschreibungen im Sektoren-Umfeld

• Langjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung von größeren IT-Vorhaben, insbesondere in den Bereichen Lifecycle Management, IT-Sicherheit oder Prozessoptimierung

• Sicheres Auftreten in der Steuerung, Strukturierung und Führung von Projektteams

• Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Steuerungs- und Monitoringmethodiken im IT-Betriebsumfeld

Kann-Anforderungen

• Erfahrungen im Umfeld von Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystemen (ISMS)

• Umfangreiche Erfahrungen in Azure DevOps und SharePoint oder vergleichbaren Werkzeugen zur Projektsteuerung

• Erfahrung mit Projekten im Bereich Digital Workplace, Mobilfunk-Management oder Azure Managed Services

• Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Konzepten für Rahmenvertrags-Ausschreibungen und Rollout-Szenarien
