Your Responsibilities
- Project Governance and Project Planning
- Process Modeling and Coordination of Meetings and Workshops
- Project Management Process Leadership and Development
- Risk and Issue Management
- Change Management
- Resource Planning and Budgeting
- Supporting Contract Management, Negotiations, and Billing Issues
- Communicating and Reporting to Internal and External Stakeholders
- Building and Sustaining Project Relationships with Customers and Supplier Organizations, as well as within the organization
Your Qualifications
- Over three years of experience in IT project management, ideally in the financial services sector or in business consulting
- Prominent analytical skills and a structured, solutions-oriented work style
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow up on tasks
- Excellent communication, moderating, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and common project management and collaboration tools (such as Confluence, Jira, HP ALM, Octane)
- Proven experience leading IT projects, both in traditional (Waterfall) and agile (Agile/Scrum) methodologies
- Ability to combine project management operational steering of technical and/or technical teams (internally and externally) with management and senior management stakeholder requirements
- Comfortable with German and English language skills both orally and in writing
