Bei Großekathöfer (besser bekannt als Hofbakery) arbeitest du in einer IT, die aktiv mitgestaltet statt nur reagiert. Gemeinsam mit dem Team sorgst du dafür, dass unsere moderne Produktionsumgebung stabil und sicher läuft. Dich erwarten abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben, moderne Infrastruktur (Microsoft 365, VMware & Co.) und ein Umfeld, in dem man sich aufeinander verlassen kann – mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen statt Konzernstrukturen.

Aufgaben

• Du analysierst Störungen, behebst Probleme nachhaltig und dokumentierst sauber.
• Du unterstützt Mitarbeitende in Verwaltung und Produktion im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support.
• Du administrierst und betreust Windows-Server- und Client-Systeme.
• Du kümmerst dich um Active Directory, DHCP und DNS.
• Du betreust und entwickelst die Netzwerk-Infrastruktur weiter – auch in produktionsnahen Bereichen.
• Du verantwortest die Microsoft-365-Umgebung mit Teams, SharePoint, Intune und Entra ID.
• Du verwaltest die VMware-Virtualisierungsumgebung und entwickelst sie weiter.

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Server- und Client-Systemen
• Active Directory, Netzwerke und Microsoft-365-Umgebungen sind für dich keine Fremdwörter
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Überblick auch in stressigen Situationen und ein pragmatischer Umgang mit Problemen
