Your Mission
The Bikeleasing Group is dedicated to modern mobility solutions, connecting companies, specialist retailers, and employees. As we expand, we're looking for support in our Sales Operations team. As a Working Student Sales Operations (gn), you'll assist in day-to-day activities. You'll help maintain and structure information, documents, and data in SharePoint, update CRM data in HubSpot to ensure reliable data quality, create and update reports, and support the Sales team's training and documentation. You'll also gain insights into sales processes and systems and explore smaller project opportunities based on your skills and interests. This sounds like a great fit for you. Your Profile
- Maintain and structure content, documents, and information in SharePoint
- Review and update CRM data in HubSpot to ensure reliable data quality
- Support the creation, maintenance, and management of reports and dashboards
- Create and update training and process documentation for the Sales team
- Assist with careful administrative tasks while gaining insights into sales processes and systems
- Participate in smaller project opportunities, such as further developing our SharePoint structure
