As International Expansion Manager (m/w/d) for Italy and France, you will actively drive the international expansion of feld.energy.
With a strong focus on either Italy or France, you will identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and establish our presence in one of Europe’s most important target markets.
You don’t just think operationally — you think entrepreneurially. You build structures, lead teams, and ensure that new markets evolve into scalable business units.

- Take full ownership of feld.energy’s expansion into Italy or France and actively drive market entry initiatives.
- Sustainable go-to-market strategies for the respective target market are developed and executed by you.
- Strategic local networks, partnerships, and operational structures are built and continuously expanded.
- Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and market potential independently will be a key part of your role.
- International teams are led and developed with a strong focus on growth, performance, and scalability.
- Close collaboration with management, operations, and other internal stakeholders is essential to ensure successful market expansion.
- Market, competitive, and regulatory developments are continuously monitored in order to derive concrete strategic actions.

Dein Profil
- Successfully completed university degree with a business-related background
- At least 5–6 years of professional experience in business development, expansion, or international market development
- Proven experience in Italy or France
- Leadership experience managing teams of at least 5–10 employees
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on mentality
- Fluent English skills; In addition fluent Italian or French skills
- Ideally, an existing network within the respective target market
