As a Implementation & Success Consultant, your primary responsibility is to transform how enterprise procurement operates. You lead the entire implementation journey, from initial kick-off to go-live and beyond, ensuring everything is executed on time, within budget, and with high quality. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and how to translate them into scalable, structured solution designs and robust rollout plans. You become a product expert, helping customers seamlessly integrate Prospeum into their procurement processes. You act as the central project owner and advisor, driving customer retention and identifying expansion opportunities in close collaboration with sales. You manage risks, escalations, and stakeholder communication proactively to avoid reactive approaches. Your work focuses on turning customer feedback and usage patterns into concrete improvement proposals. You create standardized implementation playbooks to streamline each rollout, making them faster and more efficient than previous ones. A background in startups, enterprise software, and procurement is preferred, with strong project management skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders is a must. Key Responsibilities:

- Build standardized implementation playbooks that make each rollout faster and more efficient.
Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial mindset: thrive when building from scratch, not following a manual.
- 3-5 years of experience in software/SaaS implementation, customer success, or consulting.
- Strong project management instincts: understanding of timelines, stakeholders, and dependencies.
- Background in startups, enterprise software, or consultancies: ideally with procurement or supply chain exposure.
- Comfortable with enterprise architectures, integrations, and system landscapes at a conceptual level.
- Technical curiosity: doesn't require coding but is familiar with APIs, data models, and JSON.
- Confident communicating with C-level stakeholders and managing expectations clearly.
- Fluent in German and strong English.
