We are in search of a seasoned Quality Management Specialist (M/W/D) for an international industrial enterprise with its own development and production capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the existing Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and leading internal and external audits. The specialist will also support the development of quality processes, procedures, and standards, and provide consulting to various departments including Production, Development, Procurement, and others. The role requires a strong background in Quality Management, Quality Engineering, and a technical education. The position offers a permanent employment with a 37.5-hour workweek, 30 days of vacation, flexible working hours, and a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and improve the existing Quality Management System
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Prepare and guide internal and external audits
- Support certifications and related documentation
- Review and improve quality processes, operating instructions, and standards
- Analyze quality deviations and develop appropriate improvement measures
- Collaborate with production, development, procurement, and other departments
- Provide guidance and support to a small team focused on quality assurance
Requirements
- Technical education, or a related field with a technical degree
- At least three years of experience in Quality Management, Quality Engineering, or Quality Assurance within a production-oriented enterprise
- Proficiency in ISO 9001 / ISO 14001
- Experience with audits and quality-related documentation
- A strong understanding of technical concepts and enthusiasm for working with production and technical departments
- Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style
