Responsibilities:

- Implement and optimize backend and frontend solutions: Utilize React, Python, and other modern tools to build robust and efficient applications. Ensure seamless integration and performance optimization of both frontend and backend components.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices: Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve the quality of code and contribute to the development of a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders: Work closely with designers to translate designs into functional applications. Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and feedback, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Design and implement security measures: Implement security measures to protect the application and data from potential threats. Stay updated with the latest security standards and technologies to ensure the application's security.
- Contribute to project documentation and support: Create and maintain project documentation to ensure clear communication and understanding of the application's architecture and functionality. Provide support to project stakeholders and users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field: A degree from an accredited institution is required. A strong foundation in programming languages, algorithms, and data structures is essential.
- Proficiency in React, Python, and JavaScript: Experience with these technologies is a must. Experience with other modern frameworks and tools (e.g., Angular, Django, Flask) is a plus.
- Experience with full-stack development: A background in developing and maintaining complex applications is essential. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills: You must be able to identify and solve complex problems, work effectively under pressure, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented approach: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, designers, and stakeholders is crucial. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail: You must have a high level of attention to detail to ensure the quality of your work and the success of your projects.
- Experience with project management tools: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus.
