Ingenieur / Fachplaner TGA HLS (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Planung und Entwicklung technischer Konzepte sowie Fachplanung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung in den Bereichen Heizung, Kälte, Lüftung und Sanitär unter Anwendung der BIM-Methodik.
• Durchführung von Berechnungen, Auslegungen und Dimensionierungen technischer Anlagen.
• Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe von Bauleistungen.
• Begleitung der Projekte von der Planung bis zur Realisierung.
• Qualitätssicherung auf der Baustelle sowie Überwachung von Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätszielen.

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Umweltingenieurwissenschaften, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimatechniker oder Installateur- und Heizungsbaumeister).
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten in den gebäudetechnischen Anlagen: Heizung, Kälte, Lüftung und Sanitär.
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
