Aufgaben

• CRA-Beratung & Implementierung: Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Umsetzung der Anforderungen des Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), führst GAP-Analysen durch und begleitest sie bei der Implementierung der erforderlichen Maßnahmen bis zur Konformität.
• SOC & SIEM: Du berätst beim Aufbau und der Optimierung von Security Operations Centern (SOC) und unterstützt bei der Auswahl, Einführung und Konfiguration von SIEM-Lösungen. Dabei entwickelst du Use Cases, Detection Rules und Prozesse zur Erkennung und Behandlung von Sicherheitsvorfällen.
• DevSecOps: Du integrierst Sicherheitsmaßnahmen in bestehende CI/CD-Pipelines und berätst Entwicklungsteams bei der Einführung von DevSecOps-Praktiken. Dazu gehören unter anderem automatisierte Sicherheitstests, Schwachstellenmanagement und Secure-Coding-Standards.
• Kundenbetreuung: Du führst eigenständig Workshops, Schulungen und regelmäßige Status-Meetings durch. Du bist der Hauptansprechpartner unserer Kunden für alle Fragen rund um Cyber Security.
• Pre- und Post-Sales: Du unterstützt unser Team inhaltlich und technisch bei der Ansprache neuer Kunden und arbeitest Konzepte sowie Angebote aus.

Qualifikation

• Idealerweise verfügst du über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung in den Bereichen Informatik, IT-Sicherheit, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet und bringst relevante Praxiskenntnisse im Bereich Cyber Security mit.
• Du hast 2–5 Jahre Beratungserfahrung als Consultant gesammelt, idealerweise bereits in einem oder mehreren der Bereiche SOC/SIEM, DevSecOps oder regulatorische Compliance, und hast mit verschiedenen Kunden zusammengearbeitet.
• Du verfügst über ein solides Verständnis von IT-Sicherheitsarchitekturen, Netzwerksicherheit und modernen Angriffsvektoren und kannst dieses Wissen praxisnah in Kundenprojekten einsetzen.
• Du hast Erfahrung mit gängigen SIEM-Technologien (z. B. Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Elastic SIEM) und/oder CI/CD-Tools (z. B. GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) und kennst Best Practices zur Integration von Security in Entwicklungs- und Betriebsprozesse.
