Das könnte dein Onboarding bei SaleLab sein, wenn du Lust hast uns als HR Generalist*in (m/w/d) zu unterstützen. Wir suchen dich als Peoples Person für 20 Std. in Weingarten.

Aufgaben

Als HR Generalist*in (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die gesamten Personalabläufe im Team inkl.:

  • HR Operations - Dokumentenmanagement, Pflege unseres HRIs Leapsome, Anfrage von Mitarbeitenden bearbeiten, Bescheinigungen, Arbeitszeugnisse
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Mitarbeitendenumfragen
  • Performance & Talent Management - Verantwortung unserer Performance Zyklen inkl. Vorbereitung, Terminierungen, Kommunikation & Weiterentwicklung etc.; Organisieren von Schulungen und Weiterbildungen
  • Recruiting - Verantwortung der Personalbeschaffung, inkl. Interivews, Hiring Manager Schulungen, Rollenanforderungen etc.
  • Eventplanung - Unterstützung in der Planung unserer quarterly Teamevents und Reisemanagement unserer Mitarbeitenden
  • Office Management - Unterstützung in der Verwaltung und Austattung unseres Büros, Besorgen von Mitarbeitendengeschenken, Jubiläen etc.
  • Weiterentwicklung unseres People Bereichs - Wir wollen nicht stehenbleiben und müssen unsere eigenen Prozesse und Herangehensweisen stetig verbessern

Qualifikation

  • Du hast bereits (erste) Erfahrungen im HR sammeln können und kennst dich mit den grundlegenden Funktionen im People Management aus
  • Du bist eine offene, empathische Person, die Lust auf den Kontakt mit Menschen hat und gut kommunizieren kann
  • Du gehst auch gern ins Büro und bist Ansprechperson vor Ort
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig und hast Lust Intiativen in deinem eigenen Beriech anzustoßen
  • Du bist immer up-to-date was neue Trends im HR oder arbeitsrechtliche Neuerungen angeht
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
