Aufgaben

Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich bei uns?

  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für den kompletten Recruiting-Zyklus, inklusive Active Sourcing, Interviewführung, Onboarding-Unterstützung, HR-Events und Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen.
  • HR-Messen- und Event-Management
  • HR-Projektmanagement
  • Hands-on Mentalität und administrative Unterstützung in allen HR-Aufgaben (auch Lohnabrechnung, Arbeitsrecht etc.), sowohl für Deutschland als auch Schweiz

Qualifikation

Was bringst du mit?

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. Studium mit HR-Fokus oder vergleichbar
  • Mind. 2–3 Jahre nachweisbare Erfolge im ganzheitlichen Recruiting, inkl. Interviewführung, Talent-Pipeline-Aufbau, Active Sourcing, Employer Branding
  • Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im generalistischen Personalbereich wünschenswert
  • Vorkenntnisse der folgenden HR-relevanten Themen von Vorteil: Personaladministration, Lohnabrechnung, Arbeitsrecht, Sozialversicherungswesen, etc., sowohl für Deutschland als auch Schweiz
  • Erfahrungen mit gängigen HR-Systemen und ERP-Systemen, Odoo-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise in einem sich schnell weiterentwickelnden und agilen Unternehmen der IT-Branche.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit allen gängigen Office-Anwendungen sowie IT-Affinität
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1), sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
