Aufgaben
Deine Mission: Soley wächst und mit uns das Team. Wir suchen jemanden, der nicht nur HR-Prozesse verwaltet, sondern mitgestaltet, wie wir als Arbeitgeber auftreten, wie wir unsere Unternehmenskultur leben und wen wir einstellen.
- People & Culture: Du bringst noch mehr Leben in unsere Teamkultur und schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem Menschen gerne arbeiten & wachsen.
- Recruiting: Du verantwortest unsere Bewerber-Pipeline von A bis Z. Du findest nicht nur Kandidaten, du findest die richtigen.
- Onboarding: Du sorgst dafür, dass neue Kolleg:innen von Tag 1 an das Gefühl haben: hier bin ich richtig.
- Employer Branding: Du positionierst Soley als Arbeitgeber, bei dem man arbeiten will, ob auf LinkedIn, an Hochschulen und überall da, wo die richtigen Menschen sind.
- HR-Administration: Zusammen mit unserer externen Kanzlei hältst du das HR-Backoffice sauber (u.A..: Personio, Payroll, Zeugnisse, Vereinbarungen, etc)
- Office & Events: Du hältst den Laden am Laufen und sorgst dafür, dass unser Office ein Ort ist, an dem das Team gerne zusammenkommt.
Qualifikation
- 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im HR-Umfeld, idealerweise in einem Startup oder Scale-up
- Du hast Lust, eine Unternehmenskultur aktiv aufzubauen, nicht nur zu verwalten
- Du hast ein Gespür dafür, was Menschen motiviert, was Teams zusammenhält - und was nicht
- Recruiting ist für dich kein Prozess, sondern eine Überzeugungsarbeit: du weißt, wie man die richtigen Menschen findet und begeistert
- Du probierst KI-Tools gerne aus und weißt, wie du sie sinnvoll einsetzt
- Du bist gerne im Office und hast Spaß daran, einen Ort zu schaffen, an dem das Team gerne zusammenkommt.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1+), gute Englischkenntnisse
