Für unser wachsendes Unternehmen suchen wir eine eigenständige, umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit im Bereich Human Resources. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit dem Head of HR zusammen und unterstützt insbesondere dabei, strategische HR-Themen, Organisationsentwicklungen und HR-Projekte erfolgreich voranzutreiben.

Aufgaben
Deine Aufgaben:
- Eigenständige Steuerung und Umsetzung von HR-Projekten
- Unterstützung des Head of HR bei strategischen, organisatorischen und operativen Themen
- Weiterentwicklung, Standardisierung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen und Richtlinien
- Erstellung von Konzepten, Entscheidungsvorlagen, Präsentationen und Analysen
- Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Veränderungs- und Transformationsprozessen
- Mitwirkung an Themen wie Talent Management, Performance Management und Organisationsentwicklung
- Sparringspartner für Führungskräfte in personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Vorbereitung und Erstellung arbeitsrechtlicher Dokumente und HR-relevanter Unterlagen
- Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen, Projekten und Timelines
- Übernahme ausgewählter operativer HR-Aufgaben entlang des Employee Lifecycles
Qualifikation
Das bringst Du mit:
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR-Umfeld, idealerweise als HR Business Partner, HR-Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
- Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Umsetzung von HR-Projekten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
- Sehr selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, Themen proaktiv voranzutreiben und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
- Professionelles Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Hohe Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Diskretion
- Hands-on-Mentalität kombiniert mit strategischem Verständnis
