**About the Job** **The Role** **Production Coordinator — you own the production pipeline end-to-end, making sure every video moves from intake to delivery on time, every time.** **What Success Looks Like** * Every video's production status is tracked and visible in the content tracker at every stage. No guessing, ever. * 100% of final deliveries go out within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time). * Any missed deadline at any stage is flagged to the founders with a proposed solution. **What You'll Be Doing** * Content Intake & Kick-off — Get new content ingested on time, confirm all raw assets are in place, and hand off to scriptwriters with clear specs and deadlines. * Asset & Info Readiness — Make sure writers, dubbing studios, editors, and QC have the right files, links, and instructions ready before their stage begins. * Timeline Planning & Communication — Build and maintain the project schedule across scripting, recording, editing, QC, and delivery, and keep everyone updated when priorities shift. * Follow-ups & Progress Tracking — Chase every stage to keep things moving and update trackers and dashboards in real time so status is always visible (we use Airtable and Google Sheets). * Vendor & Stakeholder Management — Be the main point of contact for dubbing studios and freelancers, build long-term relationships, and balance workloads across vendors. * Risk Management & Escalation — Spot issues early — bandwidth, unclear briefs, technical blockers — and flag them to the founders with a proposed solution. **About Brown Collab** **Brown Collab is a dubbing and localisation agency that helps the world's top YouTube creators connect with Indian and Asian audiences.** **Why Join** * Fast-moving, ambitious team with a flat structure * Get a behind-the-scenes look at what goes into production for the top 1% of YouTube creators * Real opportunity to learn and grow quickly **How We Work** **We're a fully remote team working with creators and vendors across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.
