Hey all, one of clients is looking for a Technical Sourcer to help build engineering/product/design teams for venture-backed startups. What you’ll do: * Map talent across AI, SaaS, fintech * Build pipelines for technical roles * Source via LinkedIn, GitHub, etc. * Find hard-to-reach / passive candidates * Track hiring trends + competitors You’ll do well if you: * Have strong sourcing/recruiting experience * Enjoy research-heavy work * Know how to find talent beyond basic searches * Bonus: startup or exec search experience Details: * This is a remote, full-time position (PH, LATAM, South Africa) * Up to $2,000/month Apply via link or DMSalary & Compensation
