We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Social Media & Video Content Creation Intern to join our team in Bengaluru. Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated in-house intern to assist with our daily visual content. You will get hands-on experience in the end-to-end production of our social media reels—from shooting at our office to editing and publishing on a daily basis. The ideal candidate is eager to learn about high-retention video formats, stays ahead of social media trends, and has an eye for clean, modern graphic design. Key Responsibilities Daily Video Production: Assist in shooting, editing, and publishing a minimum of one high-quality reel per day. Gain experience capturing content during active campaigns and events. End-to-End Editing: Practice utilizing industry-standard software (such as Final Cut Pro, Veed, or Premiere) to add engaging elements, fast-paced cuts, and dynamic text under guidance. Graphic Design: Help design modern, high-contrast posters and promotional materials using Canva for our events, announcements, and workshops. Trend Analysis: Actively monitor Instagram and YouTube Shorts for emerging audio, visual trends, and hooks, brainstorming how to adapt them to our niche of cognitive skills and Scientific Handwriting. Brand Consistency: Learn to ensure all videos and graphics align with the company's energetic and professional brand identity. Requirements & Qualifications Basic Experience: Some experience or a strong personal interest in creating fast-paced video content for social media platforms (please provide a portfolio, personal page, or links to your best work). Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate skills in video editing software (DaVinci, FCPX, Premiere) & Canva, coupled with a strong desire to master them. Analytical Mindset: A curiosity about social media algorithms, retention metrics, and what makes a video perform well. High Energy & Drive: A genuine passion for content creation and an eager-to-learn attitude suited for a dynamic office environment.
