We are building a physician-led wellness brand at the intersection of high-level gastroenterology and cutting-edge nutraceuticals. Our flagship product, launching in mid 2026, is the first clinically formulated probiotic designed to bind to microplastics in the gut. We are currently in stealth mode and looking for a **Social Media Strategist** to lead our digital storytelling. **The Role -** This isn't a "post and ghost" job. We need a creative partner who can take complex medical research and translate it into high-impact, viral content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You will work directly with our board-certified founders to define the brand's voice from the ground up. **Key Responsibilities:** * **End-to-End Management:** Own the content calendar and growth strategy across TikTok, IG, and YouTube. * **Scientific Storytelling:** Translate gut health and microplastic research into digestible, engaging video and graphic content. * **Production & Coordination:** Oversee high-quality asset creation (CapCut, Canva, etc.) and influencer outreach. * **Data-Driven Growth:** Use performance metrics to rapidly iterate on content formats and drive conversions. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Proven track record in social media management, ideally within Wellness, Med-Tech, or a high-growth startup. * **Technical Skill:** Highly proficient in modern content tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.). * **Portfolio:** You must provide links to previous work or accounts you’ve managed. * **Mindset:** You thrive in fast-paced environments and aren't afraid to take ownership of a brand's growth. **Compensation & Terms:** * **Rate:** $25/hr, negotiable depending on experience/portfolio * **Format:** Remote * **Payment:** Weekly via \[PayPal/Wise\]. **How to Apply:** Please send a PM (subject line MICROPLASTICS) with: 1.
