Job Description

We're looking for native or bilingual English speakers to participate in two-person conversations that help train AI speech and conversational models. This is a fully remote role, you do calls from your own laptop on your own schedule with partners of your choice. * **Pay:** USD $10–$14/hr, depending on quality of audio submitted during onboarding and initial work * **MUST have native or bilingual proficiency in English** **Equipment needed:** * Device capable of recording your voice with NO white noise/background noise (e.g. phone, laptop) * For a higher pay rate, an **external USB microphone is strongly recommended** (example: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BY8FPQJP?ref=ppx\_yo2ov\_dt\_b\_fed\_asin\_title&th=1) * **Headphones or earbuds** — required for all calls to prevent echo * Stable Wi-Fi * A quiet room with no background or white noise to record (no fans, AC hum, traffic, etc.) After onboarding (where you submit sample recordings so we can evaluate your audio quality), you'll get access to our contributor dashboard. To do calls, you invite your friends onto the platform. Once one of them is online, you can start a call, pick from one of the provided topics (such as favorite meals, challenges you've solved, etc.), and have a natural 10–15 minute conversation with them about that topic. Both participants get paid for the call. The more friends you invite, the more you can earn. Pay is based on quality-approved conversation minutes, and payouts are made every 2 weeks.
