We build AI employees that call, text, email, and close the loop in the CRM. We help businesses sell, follow up, and scale on autopilot. We're a lean startup and this role works directly with the founder. **What this role actually is** You won't just "build automations." You'll build AI systems that directly drive revenue for real businesses. This sits at the intersection of workflow automation, prompt design, sales psychology, CRM integrations, and client-facing problem solving. If something breaks, you fix it. If performance drops, you improve it. You'll be talking to clients directly, not just building behind the scenes. Hours are flexible and project-dependent. Some weeks are 5-10 hours, others are 20-50 when we're deep in a client build.
