We are currently seeking motivated students to join our Frankfurt team for a minimum of 4 to 6 months, starting January 2027. Our team advises clients in the areas of M&A, debt financing, and capital raising, helping them navigate the process of enterprise sales, acquisitions, equity offerings, and financial structuring. As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating pitch presentations, teasers, information memos, and management presentations, participating in daily project work, and supporting due diligence activities. You will work with our team members to develop integrated financial models, financial analyses, and enterprise valuations. You will also support clients in structuring and executing M&A processes, providing guidance and support throughout the deal cycle. You will engage with clients on various stages of their transactions, from acquisition preparation to post-deal integration.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in economics, finance, or a related field with a corporate finance focus or have recently completed a degree with strong academic performance
- Relevant experience in M&A advisory, corporate finance, or private equity
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a strong team spirit
- Proven ability to work well with a diverse team and to meet deadlines and client expectations
- Highly motivated to take on leadership roles within the team
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in German and English in both spoken and written form
