Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Remote or Office (Preferred: East Coast, Mid-Atlantic, West Coast)

Skills Required:
- Strong coding abilities in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries like Angular or Vue.js
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git
- Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js or Java
- Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Experience with full-stack development, including RESTful APIs and databases
- Proficient in at least one backend language (e.g., Java, Python)
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with cloud-based services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Responsibilities:
1. Front-End Development:
- Design and implement user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Create responsive designs that work well on various devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure design consistency across the website.
- Optimize performance and minimize loading times.
2. Backend Development:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js or Java.
- Create RESTful APIs that integrate with the front-end application.
- Manage and scale the backend infrastructure using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement security measures to protect the application and data.
- Monitor and troubleshoot backend issues using monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
3. Full-Stack Integration:
- Collaborate with the front-end and backend teams to ensure seamless integration of the application.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise from cross-cutting technologies.
- Work closely with other developers and designers to ensure a cohesive user experience.
4. Documentation and Testing:
- Create clear documentation for developers, including API documentation and project documentation.
- Conduct unit tests and integration tests to ensure the application functions correctly.
- Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
5. Project Management:
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, keeping track of timelines and project milestones.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality of the codebase.
6. Client Interaction:
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and design solutions accordingly.
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis to ensure a smooth collaboration process.
- Provide support and guidance to clients on how to use the application effectively.
7. Learning and Growth:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in front-end and backend development.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills.
- Continuously improve your coding abilities to meet the evolving needs of the project.
