Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Full-Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the technical development and implementation of our innovative web application, ensuring seamless user experiences and effective integration with existing systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as a proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications that meet user needs and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge web applications that meet business goals.
- Work extensively with the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web applications.
- Design and implement efficient, scalable, and secure back-end solutions using modern web development frameworks and technologies.
- Develop and maintain robust front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.
- Stay updated with the latest web technologies, frameworks, and programming languages to enhance development skills and stay competitive.
- Collaborate with designers and UI/UX experts to ensure the application meets aesthetic and usability standards.
- Assist in the testing phase of the application, ensuring it meets all functional and performance requirements.
- Participate in the application deployment and maintenance processes to ensure seamless updates and bug fixes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing web applications using modern web development frameworks and technologies.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, and Node.js.
- Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git, and experience with continuous integration tools.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks and tools, such as React, Angular, Vue.js, and popular CSS frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with testing and debugging web applications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, SASS, and popular CSS frameworks.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Python, Ruby, Java, and experience with Node.js.
- Knowledge of database management systems, such as MySQL, MongoDB, and Postgres.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and continuous integration tools.
- Experience with cloud services, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Knowledge of security best practices and experience with secure coding practices.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile application development.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and experience with Scrum or Kanban.
