Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience, with a focus on leading teams and driving technical strategy.
- A proven track record of successfully leading teams through the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- A strong understanding of modern software development practices, including agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
- Adept at communicating technical ideas and concepts to non-technical stakeholders and demonstrating the organization’s technological vision.
- Adept at managing and leading teams, with a proven ability to provide constructive feedback and support team members to grow and achieve their goals.
