Responsibilities:
Frontend Development:
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Design and implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and design patterns.
- Collaborate with designers to translate design concepts into functional applications.
Backend Development:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and performant backend services using technologies like Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
- Write efficient, modular, and well-documented code using RESTful APIs.
- Implement database migrations, perform database optimization, and ensure database scalability.
- Design and implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Work with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration and communication.
Full-Stack Development:
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications, integrating frontend and backend components seamlessly.
- Perform debugging, testing, and quality assurance on both frontend and backend components.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in full-stack development.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and address technical issues efficiently.
Project Management:
- Work closely with project managers to understand project goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing the highest value tasks.
- Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the overall project success by identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with at least one front-end and one backend technology stack.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React/Angular/Vue.js.
- Knowledge of Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with full-stack development, including but not limited to front-end frameworks, back-end languages, and database management.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 1 year dedicated to backend and front-end development.
- Experience with Agile methodologies for project management.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or Travis CI.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
