Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute collection efforts for high-value accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of outstanding debts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate favorable payment terms and terms of service agreements
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing feedback and coaching for skill enhancement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and service providers
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, or billing roles is highly preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for building and maintaining effective relationships with various stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary for handling complex collections tasks with precision and efficiency
