As a Senior Product Manager for Heating & Cooling, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of renewable energy solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of the Heating & Cooling product, ensuring it meets customer needs and aligns with our broader strategy of transitioning to renewable energy.
You will be responsible for defining customer outcomes, including comfort, cost efficiency, and reliability, and establishing key performance indicators to prove these outcomes. Your role will also involve working closely with hardware partners, the Energy Management System, and the customer experience to ensure a seamless and optimal user experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Define and own the product strategy for Heating & Cooling, ensuring it aligns with our overall vision of a sustainable future.
•
• Define customer outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) that prove the effectiveness of the product.
•
• Work with hardware partners, the Energy Management System, and the customer experience to ensure a seamless and optimal user experience.
•
• Optimize thermal performance on the Energy Management System.
•
• Align hardware, the Energy Management System, and the customer experience to deliver a unified heating and cooling experience.
•
• Write specifications, conduct discovery, prioritize features, and ship them efficiently.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on hardware-software products, energy, HVAC, or similar physical systems.
• • A proven track record of owning customer outcomes across multiple engineering teams.
• • Comfortable working at the intersection of OEM interfaces, optimization, and customer experience.
• • Excellent English and German language skills.
• • Based in Germany or willing to relocate.
