Job Description: Full Stack Developer - React, Python, and Backend Development Experience

Key Responsibilities:
1. Frontend Development:
- Collaborate with designers and UX experts to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using React.
- Implement responsive and scalable web applications that meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain front-end components that integrate with backend services and databases.
- Continuously test and optimize code to ensure smooth user experiences.
2. Backend Development:
- Design and implement robust backend services using Python and Django to support frontend functionalities.
- Develop and maintain APIs for seamless data interaction between the frontend and backend.
- Set up and manage databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Conduct performance testing and optimize backend services to enhance application speed and scalability.
3. Integration and Scalability:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend and backend functionalities seamlessly.
- Implement scalable architecture that can handle increased traffic and user demand.
- Design and optimize APIs for future growth and maintenance of the application.
- Regularly review and update system architecture to enhance security and performance.
4. Documentation and Continuous Learning:
- Provide clear documentation and code comments to facilitate team collaboration and maintainability.
- Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify areas for improvement and new features.
5. Project Management:
- Participate in project planning, including setting milestones and tracking progress.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of applications.
- Provide feedback and solutions for project-related issues to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Communication and Collaboration:
- Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with designers, UX experts, and backend developers to ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Attend regular meetings and provide updates on project progress and challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Full Stack development.
- Strong understanding of React, Python, and backend development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration tools (CI/CD).
- Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and software development best practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Angular or other front-end frameworks.
- Knowledge of web security and best practices.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Strong understanding of data architecture and performance optimization.
Location:
Remote work arrangement with occasional in-person meetings in the New York City area.
