Role Summary:
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for building innovative solutions using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. This role requires hands-on experience in developing and maintaining complex applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new features and functionalities for the company's web applications using React and Node.js frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers to understand user needs and requirements and create solutions accordingly.
- Design and implement efficient database schemas for storing and retrieving data using PostgreSQL.
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure the highest possible quality of service.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and company standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices are followed.
- Contribute to the development of new features and improvements to existing applications.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience developing web applications using React and Node.js.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL and experience with database schema design and implementation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with TypeScript and Angular would be a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience building RESTful services would be a plus.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) would be beneficial.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and experience with a project management tool (JIRA, Trello, or similar).
