Aufgaben

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung bei der Entwicklung, Priorisierung und Umsetzung strategischer Unternehmensziele
• Steuerung und Koordination bereichsübergreifender Projekte sowie Sicherstellung einer effizienten Zusammenarbeit aller Unternehmensbereiche
• Analyse und Optimierung interner Prozesse, Strukturen und Entscheidungswege zur nachhaltigen Steigerung der organisatorischen Leistungsfähigkeit
• Vorbereitung strategischer Entscheidungsgrundlagen durch Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Unternehmensanalysen

• Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Management- und Stakeholder-Terminen

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Immobilienwirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaft, Rechtswissenschaften, Verwaltungswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer strategischen, operativen oder projektbezogenen Funktion, idealerweise im Umfeld der Geschäftsführung, Unternehmensentwicklung, Beratung oder Immobilienwirtschaft
• Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge sowie Unternehmens- und Organisationsstrukturen
• Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte und bereichsübergreifender Initiativen
