Deine Mission bei uns

• Engineering-Organisation neu aufstellen und skalieren: Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für drei Engineering-Teams und ein Infrastruktur-Team, strukturierst Organisation, Rollen und Zusammenarbeit neu und baust Strukturen, die mit unserem Wachstum skalieren.
• Produktteam führen: Du leitest unser Product- und UI/UX-Team, entwickelst Produktstrategie und Roadmap gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung weiter und stellst sicher, dass die wichtigsten Themen zur richtigen Zeit umgesetzt werden - mit dem klaren Ziel, messbares Produktwachstum zu treiben.
• Product & Engineering zusammenführen: Du verzahnst Produktmanagement und Entwicklung zu einem gemeinsamen Delivery-Prozess mit klaren Prioritäten, Roadmaps und Verantwortlichkeiten.
• Delivery messbar beschleunigen: Dein wichtigster Erfolgsmaßstab ist die Delivery-Geschwindigkeit unserer Teams. Du identifizierst Engpässe, etablierst effiziente Planungs-, Release- und Delivery-Prozesse und steigerst den Output messbar und nachhaltig.
• Technische Entscheidungen begleiten: Gemeinsam mit unseren Tech Leads triffst du fundierte Entscheidungen rund um Architektur, Skalierung und TechDebt und schaffst die Grundlage für nachhaltiges Wachstum.
• Organisation weiterentwickeln: Du verantwortest Hiring, Budget und Priorisierung für Product und Engineering und baust eine Organisation auf, die auch mit weiterem Wachstum leistungsfähig bleibt.
• Management & Stakeholder einbinden: Du schaffst Transparenz über Delivery, Fortschritte und Prioritäten und bist Sparringspartner für Geschäftsführung, Tech Leads und Product Team.

• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung: Du hast bereits mehrere Product- und Engineering Teams erfolgreich geführt und Organisationen weiterentwickelt.
• Erfahrung im Aufbau skalierbarer Engineering-Organisationen: Du hast Delivery-Prozesse verbessert, Strukturen geschaffen und den Output von Entwicklungsteams messbar gesteigert.
• Technisches Verständnis auf Augenhöhe: Du kannst technische Entscheidungen mit Tech Leads diskutieren, verstehst Architektur, Skalierung und technische Trade-offs und genießt dadurch die Akzeptanz deiner Engineering-Teams.
