This role involves supporting our finance operations and ensuring that everything runs smoothly – from the preparation of crucial figures to the support of financial closing and planning. Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will center around our finance operations, particularly in relation to our customer invoices:
- Creation, sending, and follow-up on customer invoices
- Supporting open positions and coordinating with the cash reconciliation team
- Participation in the ongoing financial accounting
- Support in the preparation of financial closeouts
- Support in the preparation of financial statements for the controller and reporting
- Participation in budget planning, forecasts, and analysis
- Support in the optimization and automation of financial processes and internal procedures
- Collaboration with external partners (such as tax advisors) and internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, finance, or a similar field
- Previous experience in finance or accounting (e.g., internships, work placements)
