Aufgaben

Deine Mission

Als Head of Education treibst du alle unsere Education-Formate voran und sorgst dafür, dass sie das einlösen, was uns ausmacht: absolute Aktualität und maßgeschneiderte Lernpformate und -plattformen – für jedes Team und jede einzelne Person. Unsere Flagship-Produkte wie die KI-Lernplattform, aber auch der KI-Führerschein und weiterführende Formate wie der Agent Builder (Level 2), der Architect (Level 3) und viele weitere Programme müssen nicht nur inhaltlich, sondern auch didaktisch absolut top-level sein – ebenso die Tech-Plattformen dahinter. Es geht also nicht nur um die inhaltliche Entwicklung, sondern darum, die gesamte User Experience von Anfang bis Ende mitzudenken und kontinuierlich besser zu machen.

Wichtig: Das ist keine Teaching-Rolle – du leitest die Programme nicht selbst, sondern entwickelst, verbesserst und verantwortest sie.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du verantwortest und verbesserst kontinuierlich all unsere Lernformate – von der KI-Lernplattform über den KI-Führerschein bis zu weiterführenden Formaten (z. B. Agent Builder, Architect) – inhaltlich, didaktisch und in der gesamten Lernerfahrung.
• Du entwickelst die nächsten Stufen unserer Programme (Level 2, 3 …) und neue Features: interaktiver, wirksamer, besser.
• Du konzipierst neue Education-Formate und Folgeangebote.
• Du hältst alle Inhalte am Puls des extrem schnellen KI-Marktes – was ist neu, was ist relevant, was muss raus?
• Du sicherst Premium- und Qualitätsstandards über alle Lernprodukte hinweg.
• Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zu unserem Tech-Team: Die Produkte hinter den Programmen (u. a. unsere Lernplattform) werden laufend weiterentwickelt – du bringst die didaktische und die UX-Perspektive ein.
• Du verantwortest die Programm-Delivery und arbeitest dafür eng mit Gründern, Expert:innen und unserem Freelancer-Netzwerk zusammen.
• Du machst Lernerfolg messbar und nutzt das Feedback konsequent für die Weiterentwicklung.

Qualifikation

Dein Profil

• Du hast einen Hintergrund in (Corporate) Education, L&D, Didaktik oder Instructional Design – und Lust, das mit KI neu zu denken.
• Du denkst in Produkten und User Journeys: Wie haben unsere Kunden in Mittelstand und Enterprise vom ersten E-Mail-Kontakt bis zur Betreuung nach Programmende die bestmögliche Erfahrung – und holen maximal viel aus unseren Programmen heraus?
• Du bist begeistert von KI, nutzt KI-Tools aktiv und verstehst, wie man Menschen KI wirklich beibringt.
• Du kannst Programme nicht nur konzipieren, sondern auch hands-on bauen, ausrollen und iterieren.
• Du bist strukturiert, qualitätsbesessen und denkst konsequent von der Lernerfahrung her.
• Du kommunizierst stark und machst komplexe Themen lernbar und interaktiv.
• Du arbeitest eigenständig und treibst Themen proaktiv voran.

• Erfahrung im Skalieren von Lern- bzw. Trainingsprogrammen.
