Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software applications and web-based solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Contribute to the development of robust and scalable backend systems using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure a high-quality product is delivered.
- Utilize version control systems like Git to manage code changes and collaborate with remote teams.
- Conduct performance testing and optimization of applications to ensure maximum user experience.
- Work on agile methodologies to improve efficiency and collaboration within the team.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure that UI/UX designs are effectively implemented into the application.
- Continuously seek ways to improve software development processes and technologies.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- Experience with backend development using Python, Django, or similar frameworks.
- Proficient in version control systems and collaborative tools like Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
- Experience with agile methodologies and agile development tools like Jira or Trello.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
- Experience with database management, including the use of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to solve technical challenges.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, preferably in a full-stack role.
- Experience with a wide range of programming languages and frameworks.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with agile project management tools.
- Experience with version control systems and familiarity with Git is a strong plus.
