Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack Development to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development of full-stack applications, ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance.
2. Design and implement efficient, maintainable, and scalable systems.
3. Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software on time.
4. Lead and guide junior engineers and software developers in their development process.
5. Develop and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality.
6. Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and programming languages.
7. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Full Stack development.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or similar.
- Expertise in front-end development with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
- Experience with back-end development with technologies like Node.js, Express.js, Django, or similar.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time and within budget.
