Wir sind Proxy Temp – ein regionaler Personaldienstleister aus dem Rhein-Main-Gebiet, der Fach- und Führungskräfte mit den richtigen Unternehmen zusammenbringt. Im Auftrag eines etablierten, international tätigen Technologieunternehmens im Maschinenbau mit Sitz in Dietzenbach suchen wir ab sofort einen erfahrenen Group Controller (m/w/d) in Direktvermittlung und unbefristeter Festanstellung. Aufgaben

Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle im Konzerncontrolling und arbeitest eng mit dem Leiter Konzernplanung und -controlling zusammen. Alle folgenden Aufgaben sind fester Bestandteil der Stelle:

• Erstellung der monatlichen und quartalsweisen Konzernreportings sowie regelmäßiger Statistiken
• Mitwirkung bei der Angebotserstellung (Vorlaufkalkulation) unter Einhaltung der Konzernrichtlinien
• Überwachung der mitlaufenden Kalkulation sowie Erstellung der Nachkalkulation
• Mitarbeit bei Quartals- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten nach HGB
• Monatliche Kostenstellen- und Kostenträgergespräche
• Erstellung, Überwachung und Aktualisierung des Betriebsabrechnungsbogens (BAB)
• Bestandsbewertung unter Einhaltung der Konzernrichtlinien

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, Ausbildung zum Controller oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Affinität zum Controlling
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im operativen Controlling, Group Controlling oder Projektcontrolling in einem produzierenden Unternehmen – Erfahrung im Maschinenbau ist ein klares Plus
• Sicherer Umgang mit HGB-Abschlussarbeiten
• Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse (Verweise, Pivot – keine Makros erforderlich); Kenntnisse in Diamant oder ISAH von Vorteil
• Proaktive, inquisitive Arbeitsweise: Du fragst nach, hinterfragst Zahlen und holst dir aktiv die Informationen, die du brauchst
• Reisebereitschaft von ca. 30% (national, unregelmäßig, max. 1-2 Tage pro Woche)
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse (Schulnote 2-3) in Wort und Schrift
• Verfügbarkeit: ab sofort oder mit einer Kündigungsfrist von max. 3 Monaten
