⏰ Teilzeit ab 25 Stunden/Woche
📆 Befristet auf 2 Jahre (zur Elternzeitvertretung)
Aufgaben
- Gestaltung und Umsetzung von klassischen Printmedien (z. B. Broschüren, Flyer, Anzeigen, Kataloge)
- Erstellung von Reinzeichnungen und druckfertigen Daten unter Berücksichtigung produktionstechnischer Anforderungen
- Adaption bestehender Layouts und Weiterentwicklung von Gestaltungslinien
- Abstimmung mit Druckereien und externen Dienstleistern sowie Begleitung von Produktionsprozessen
- Kommunikation mit Kund:innen und Lieferanten – freundlich, verbindlich und lösungsorientiert
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Grafikdesign, Mediengestaltung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Printbereich und ein sicheres Gespür für Layout, Typografie und Gestaltung
- Routinierter Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud (insbesondere InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Kenntnisse in der Druckvorstufe und ein gutes Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude am Austausch mit Kund:innen und Partnern
- Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
