Job Title: Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer
#### Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at a growing tech company. This position requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, combined with strong problem-solving and software development skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge software solutions.
#### Responsibilities:
1. Backend Development:
- Implement and maintain the company’s back-end systems using Python, Django, and other relevant technologies.
- Develop efficient and scalable database solutions to support the application's performance.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.
2. Frontend Development:
- Design and implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Build interactive and responsive web applications using React and other modern front-end frameworks.
- Collaborate with designers to create high-quality, user-friendly interfaces.
3. Integration and Testing:
- Develop integration tests and ensure that the application works seamlessly with other systems.
- Conduct automated testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code.
- Participate in code reviews to improve code quality and maintainability.
4. Project Management:
- Collaborate with the project manager to plan and execute development projects.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and code clean-up sessions.
- Work closely with designers and other development team members to ensure the application meets project requirements.
5. Documentation:
- Write clear and comprehensive documentation for the application, including user guides and API documentation.
- Maintain and update documentation as needed to keep the application in good working order.
#### Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Full Stack development.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, Django, and related technologies.
- Experience with React, Angular, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
#### Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and software development skills.

#### Requirements:
