This role is part of our Implementation team and involves leading the implementation of payroll processes for a specific country or region. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and fostering a seamless transition of payroll systems. Your responsibilities will include:
* Expertise in payroll processes, including SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets
* Strong communication skills and ability to explain payroll processes to customers and stakeholders
* Leadership and management skills, including mentoring Payroll Generalists
* Adept at adapting to a fast-paced, remote work environment
* Ability to analyze and resolve issues proactively
* Proven experience in payroll, accounting, and payroll processes
* A collaborative and creative mindset to work with an international team
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a subject matter expert for the specified country/region
* Attend Sales calls as the Country Payroll Lead
* Plan, execute, and monitor global payroll implementation projects
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
* Provide ongoing support to clients and stakeholders
* Mentor Payroll Generalists and work closely with the Payroll Operations team
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve the platform, complete UAT testing, and ship changes
