Responsibilities
- Design and Develop Software Solutions: Develop software solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations. This includes the design and implementation of complex software systems and applications.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard. This includes working closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure that projects align with the overall goals of the organization.
- Test and Debug Code: Test software solutions to ensure that they meet client requirements and are free of bugs. Debug code and provide feedback to developers to improve code quality.
- Build and Maintain Codebase: Build and maintain a high-quality codebase that is easy to read, test, and maintain. This includes participating in code reviews and implementing best practices.
- Contribute to Project Management: Contribute to project management by providing input and feedback on project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the software development industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, programming languages, and system architecture
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and TDD
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git
- Proficient in programming languages, such as Java, Python, and C++
- Experience with design patterns, architecture patterns, and software design principles
- Experience with software testing and debugging
- Experience with project management and agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Passion for technology and desire to learn and innovate
