Overview:

We are actively seeking a dedicated and proficient interpreter to join our network of Independently Contracted Interpreters. Your role as an audio/video interpreter will involve handling calls on demand, facilitating language communication, and providing exceptional customer service across various settings. Your skills and experience will be essential in ensuring the seamless and effective delivery of language services to LEP communities.
Responsibilities:
· Provide effective audio and video interpreting through a web-based platform, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
· Answer inbound calls promptly and provide superior customer service to clients across multiple platforms.
· Adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct and maintain strict standards of confidentiality.
· Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry-specific best practices.
Qualifications/Experience:
· Full fluency in both English and Georgian.
· Proficient in technology, including web-based platforms, email, and Microsoft Word.
· An interpreting space that is quiet, secure, and free from outside noises.
· 1+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred.
· Industry-specific certifications/trainings preferred (e.g., CMI, CCHI).
