Deine Rolle

Als Fullstack Developer / PHP & Laravel Developer (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung unserer firmeneigenen CRM-Lösung – dem digitalen Herzstück unseres Unternehmens.

Du arbeitest sowohl an der Backend-Logik als auch an modernen Frontend-Oberflächen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unserem Team skalierbare Lösungen für unsere internen Prozesse, Standorte und Fachbereiche.

Deine Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Skalierung unserer Laravel-basierten CRM-Plattform

• Backend-Entwicklung mit PHP 8 und Laravel 12

• Entwicklung moderner Frontend-Komponenten und benutzerfreundlicher CRM-Oberflächen

• Aufbau und Integration von RESTful APIs

• Anbindung externer Systeme, z. B. Payment, DATEV, Kommunikation und weitere Schnittstellen

• Datenbankdesign und Performance-Optimierung mit MySQL, PostgreSQL und Redis

• Umsetzung neuer Features von der technischen Konzeption bis zur Implementierung

• Entwicklung von Unit Tests mit PHPUnit

• Mitarbeit an Architektur, Codequalität und technischen Entscheidungen

• Aufbau und Optimierung von CI/CD Pipelines mit Docker und GitHub Actions

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Marketing, Finance und weiteren Fachbereichen

Und das Beste: Du wirst von einem erfahrenen Kollegen eingearbeitet und arbeitest Seite an Seite mit einem motivierten Team aus bis zu vier Entwicklern.

• Erfahrung in der Fullstack-Entwicklung oder sehr gute Backend-Erfahrung mit Interesse an Frontend-Themen

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in PHP und Laravel

• Erfahrung mit modernen Webtechnologien wie HTML, CSS, JavaScript oder TypeScript

• Sicherer Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken wie MySQL oder PostgreSQL

• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Integration von RESTful APIs

• Verständnis für sauberen Code, Performance, Skalierbarkeit und Softwarearchitektur

• Erfahrung mit Git, Docker und idealerweise GitHub Actions

• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

• Freude daran, digitale Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten

• Gute Deutsch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse

Nice to have

• Erfahrung mit Laravel 12, PHP 8 und Redis

• Kenntnisse in Vue.js, React, Livewire oder vergleichbaren Frontend-Technologien
