Financial Analyst Position
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the debit and credit ledger, including billing and collection activities, as well as lease management and lease termination management;
- Participate in ongoing financial transactions, preparing vouchers, and reviewing, correcting, and posting business debts in the debit ledger;
- Prepare and develop analyses and reports;
- Ensure accurate recording and management of historical data and support the system management in the Member Management Unit;
- Take on a broad range of administrative and organizational tasks in the daily operations, including document preparation, file management, digitalization, and structuring of documents, as well as supporting recurring finance processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or Business Intelligence with a focus on finance or accounting; or a relevant internship;
- Proven experience in the fields of finance, controlling, or accounts receivable, with a particular emphasis on analytical skills and precision in data processing;
- Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of accuracy in data processing;
- Self-motivated, initiative, organizational talent, and a structured approach to work;
- A keen interest in numbers and financial processes;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and additional skills in Lotus Notes.
