💡 Deine Aufgaben:
✅ Beantwortung und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen in Dänisch und Deutsch sowie French
✅ Unterstützung bei technischen Anliegen und allgemeinen Kundenanfragen
✅ Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Team sowie den Klienten im Rahmen agiler Projekte
✅ Dokumentation und effiziente Weiterleitung komplexer Fälle

Qualifikation

🎯 Dein Profil:
✔ Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Dänisch und French sowie gutes Deutsch
✔ Erfahrung im Kundenservice und eine ausgeprägte technische Affinität
✔ Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit einem sicheren Umgang mit digitalen Tools
✔ Erfahrung im Remote-Umfeld und idealerweise im E-Commerce
✔ Verfügbarkeit von 15–25 Stunden pro Woche
✔ Empathie, Zuverlässigkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen professionell zu bleiben
