Aufgaben

• neue Anforderungen aus Kundengesprächen schnell in Prototypen und produktionsreife Lösungen übersetzen
• unsere bestehende KI-Pipeline verbessern, stabilisieren und erweitern
• technische Demos, Piloten, Integrationen und Rollouts mit umsetzen
• interne Tools und Workflows bauen, die Produkt, GTM und Operations schneller machen
• Qualität, Reliability, Security und Skalierbarkeit schrittweise verbessern

Qualifikation

• starker Builder mit Software-Engineering-Fundament
• sicher in Python, APIs, Backend und Datenpipelines
• Erfahrung mit AI-Workflows und LLMs
• Großes Interesse am Gesundheitswesen. Pluspunkte für Medizininformatik-Spezialisierung oder Vergleichbares
• gutes Produktgefühl und Lust auf unklare, reale Probleme statt enger Tickets
• kommunikationsstark und gerne nah an Kunden, Piloten und Rollouts
• Deutsch auf C2-Niveau
