Über junini
junini baut die Software-Infrastruktur für ein neues Geschäftsmodell in der Optikbranche. Wir arbeiten eng mit Optikern zusammen und entwickeln eine Plattform, die einen bisher kaum digitalisierten Markt grundlegend verändert. Wir stehen kurz vor Abschluss einer Pre-Seed-Runde. Der POC hat sich erfolgreich bewährt, der Launch erster Pilotkooperationen mit Optikern steht demnächst an.
Jetzt suchen wir einen Founding Engineer (m/w/d). Gemeinsam mit dem CTO machst du die Plattform bereit für den produktiven Einsatz bei unseren ersten Kunden. Neben echtem Gestaltungsspielraum und einem kompetitiven Gehalt besteht die Möglichkeit, dass du Anteile an junini erhältst.
Aufgaben
Was du machst
Du übernimmst bei uns Verantwortung und beteiligst dich an richtungsweisenden technischen Entscheidungen. Im Einzelnen:
- Production-Readiness: Die Plattform steht. Gemeinsam mit unserem CTO bringst du sie vom POC zu echter Produktionsreife.
- Produktverantwortung: Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung ganzer Bereiche der Plattform.
- Architektur und Stack: Du hast maßgeblich Einfluss auf unsere technische Ausrichtung.
- Customer-Driven Development: Du arbeitest eng mit unseren ersten Kunden zusammen, um die Plattform kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- AI-first Engineering Culture: Als erstes Teammitglied im Engineering-Team gestaltest du unsere AI-first-Entwicklungskultur mit.
Qualifikation
Was du mitbringst
Du hast Umsetzungsstärke und einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch bereits bewiesen und blühst im dynamischen Umfeld eines neu gegründeten Unternehmens auf. Konkret suchen wir:
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Backend-Erfahrung, sicher in Java/Kotlin und im Spring-Boot-Ökosystem.
- Cloud-Erfahrung mit AWS, GCP oder Azure.
- Integrationen: Du kennst dich idealerweise mit Auth, Payments und ERP-Anbindungen aus.
- Frontend-/React-Erfahrung: Du hast idealerweise ein grundlegendes Verständnis von Frontend- und React-Anwendungen.
- Pragmatismus und Ownership: Du kommst ohne viel Prozess klar und triffst gerne Entscheidungen.
- Erfahrung in einem Early-Stage-Startup ist ein Plus**.**
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch: Unsere ersten Kunden sind in Deutschland. Du bist in der Lage, souverän mit ihnen zu kommunizieren.
