As a Founders Associate, you will be directly involved in the strategic development and implementation of our educational initiatives. This role offers unparalleled insights into the company's operations, from the creative process to the actual execution of ideas. Your Responsibilities:

Founder Support: You will research, analyze, and present market opportunities, competitors, and funding sources. You will create and refine presentations, decisions, and small-scale projects.

Process and Operations: You will help develop and improve our internal processes, from job applications to course organization. This includes tasks like managing recruitment, course management, and event planning.

Marketing and Content: You will support social media, newsletters, and website content creation. You will also bring forward new ideas to reach our target audience.

Data and CRM: You will manage and clean our data, including leads, interested parties, and partners. You will create simple reports to help make better decisions.

Digital Skills: You will be well-versed in tools like Google Workspace, Canva, and other digital platforms, and are comfortable using AI tools.
Your Skills:
- A motivated, self-directed student interested in business, entrepreneurship, communication, or social/education studies.
- Structured and able to work independently, avoiding waiting for instructions.
- Proficient in German, at least at the C1 level, for writing and communicating effectively.
- Familiar with digital tools and systems.
Plus, Not Required:
- Prior experience in startups, marketing, or CRM systems, or basic technical understanding of website management and automation.
