Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme unterschiedlicher, missionskritischer Projekte in den Bereichen Commercial, Operations und Finance
• Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau unserer Customer Journey Engine in HubSpot – inklusive Automatisierungen, Workflows und Prozessoptimierungen
• Erstellung von überzeugenden Materialien für Investoren sowie Entwicklung und Pflege von Financial Models für verschiedene Investments
• Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, um Trends frühzeitig zu erkennen und strategische Entscheidungen zu unterstützen
• Unterstützung im Sales, einschließlich Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Beratungs- und Analysegesprächen mit Investoren
• Operativer Support im Tagesgeschäft der Gründer, inklusive ad-hoc Aufgaben und projektbezogener Sonderthemen

Qualifikation

• Du studierst BWL, VWL, STEM oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang an einer Top-Tier Universität
• Erste Erfahrungen in dynamischen, schnelllebigen Umgebungen wie Start-ups, Venture Capital, Beratung oder Investment Banking
• Du bringst ein proaktives, unternehmerisches Mindset mit, besitzt starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten, arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und scheust dich nicht davor, selbst anzupacken und Dinge wirklich voranzutreiben
• Hands-on Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, Projekte eigenständig von 0 auf 1 zu bringen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, ein sicheres, gewähltes Ausdrucksvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen klar zu strukturieren und auf den Punkt zu bringen
• Bonus, wenn du bereits Kenntnisse in den Bereichen erneuerbare Energien, Photovoltaik, Batteriespeicher, Ladeinfrastruktur oder Energiemärkte mitbringst
• Du bist verfügbar für ein 6-monatiges Vollzeitpraktikum sowie die Bereitschaft, an 5 Tagen pro Woche in unserem Berliner Büro zu arbeiten

Für dieses bauten sie den deutschen Markt auf und skalierten und das Partnernetzwerk auf über 200 Installationsbetriebe. In dieser Zeit erkannten sie, welches Potenzial entsteht, wenn man Kapital gezielt in nachhaltige Energieprojekte lenkt.

Anfang 2025 gründeten sie dann Sunpeak Capital - vollständig gebootstrapped und bereits nach zwei Monaten profitabel. Ihr Antrieb: die Mechanismen des Kapitalmarkts nutzen, um den Ausbau erneuerbarer Energien zu beschleunigen und Investoren echte Rendite mit echtem Impact zu ermöglichen.
