Damit das gelingt, brauchen wir jemanden, der die Zahlen dahinter versteht – und mitgestaltet. Als Founders Associate Finance (Praktikum, 6 Monate) arbeitest du direkt mit den Gründern an Projekt- und Infrastrukturfinanzierungen, der finanziellen Steuerung des Unternehmens und strategischen Business Cases.

Aufgaben

Projektfinanzierung: Du hilfst dabei, Finanzierungsstrukturen für unsere Ladeinfrastrukturprojekte zu entwickeln – von der Modellierung bis zur Aufbereitung für Banken, Investoren oder Förderstellen.

Unternehmensfinanzen: Du unterstützt bei Liquiditätsplanung, Budgetierung und dem Aufbau eines soliden Finance-Setups für ein wachsendes Startup.

Business Cases & Analysen: Du berechnest, was sich rechnet – und was nicht. ROI-Modelle, Sensitivitätsanalysen, Marktvergleiche.

Investor- & Förderkommunikation: Du bereitest Unterlagen für Investoren und Förderanträge vor und begleitest den Prozess aktiv.

Struktur schaffen: Du hilfst, Finance-Prozesse und -Tools aufzusetzen, die mit uns skalieren – pragmatisch und umsetzbar.

Qualifikation

• Studium in BWL, Finance, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich – idealerweise mit Bezug zu Energie, Infrastruktur oder Mobilität
• Erste Erfahrung durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten in Bereichen wie M&A, Consulting, Corporate Finance, Investment oder Controlling
• Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und Zahlenmodellen
• Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise – du bringst Dinge zu Ende
• Interesse daran, ein Startup von innen zu verstehen – nicht nur die Finanzen, sondern das ganze Bild
• Nice to have: Kenntnisse in Projektfinanzierung, Fördermittellandschaft (z. B. KfW, EU-Fonds) oder Erfahrung mit Finanzierungsprozessen in der Infrastruktur sowie KI-Tools
